<address>1/4 teaspoon garlic powder</address>

Makes about 1 cup. *Leftover sauce? Serve as a dipping sauce with the pizza!</address>

<address><strong>Instructions for preparing crust:</strong> Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In medium mixing bowl using beaters, stir the yeast, flours, xanthan gum, salt, gelatin powder, sugar and Italian seasoning until blended. Add oil and vinegar to  the luke-warm milk then add to dry ingredients.  Beat on med-high speed for 3 minutes. The flour mixture will match soft bread dough.</address>

<address>Put the mixture on 12-inch pizza cooking pan or baking sheet, or 11 x 7-inch pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Liberally sprinkle rice flour onto bread, and then press dough into cooking pan, continuing to sprinkle dough with flour to keep dough from sticking to hands. Make edges a little thicker to keep the toppings in place. Brush crust and crust edges with light coating of olive oil, then bake pizza crust for 10 minutes. Take out of oven, top the pizza crust with sauce and the chosen toppings. Bake for another 20-25 minutes or till top is nicely brown.</address>

<p>The reason some foods are now prepared as Gluten Free is because enough people have developed a sensitivity to the compound. This has made way for a gluten free diet to be recommended by some Doctors to their patients. In fact, celiac disease is a known result of gluten protein found in wheat. The protein is modified in the small intestine where an inflammatory reaction can occur.</p>
