Put the mixture on 12-inch pizza cooking pan or baking sheet, or 11 x 7-inch pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Liberally sprinkle rice flour onto bread, and then press dough into cooking pan, continuing to sprinkle dough with flour to keep dough from sticking to hands. Make edges a little thicker to keep the toppings in place. Brush crust and crust edges with light coating of olive oil, then bake pizza crust for 10 minutes. Take out of oven, top the pizza crust with sauce and the chosen toppings. Bake for another 20-25 minutes or till top is nicely brown.
